Paying by Credit Card
We
gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Bank or debit cards are also welcome, so long as they
display the Visa or MasterCard logo.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Ordering online with a credit card is the simplest, fastest way to get your music, with the highest discount.
If you prefer not to submit your credit card online, you can still use our web site to prepare your order. Just choose the “Mail, Fax” payment option at checkout to print out your order. Then fill out the form with your credit card information, and send it to us by fax or by mail.

Paying by Check or Money Order
We can accept checks and money orders only through the mail. Checks and money orders must be drawn on U.S. funds. We cannot accept starter checks (the first checks from a new account, which do not have your name and address printed on them).

Just choose the “Mail, Fax” payment option at checkout to print out your order and send it to us with payment. If you do not use the website to prepare your mail order, we recommend that you contact us for an order total before writing your check. Prices and item availability are subject to change after our catalog is printed (once a year in August), and special sale discounts throughout the year may significantly affect your order total.

Paying by Purchase Order
We accept purchase orders from qualified organizations such as libraries, bookstores and universities. Churches and opera companies, for instance, are also welcome to submit purchase orders, so long as the order is paid for by the organization (not an individual). Purchase orders receive an additional 5% discount, on top of all other standard and seasonal T.I.S. discounts (some exceptions may apply).
Purchase orders cannot be submitted from the web site, but you are welcome to use the web site to check prices and print out your list of items. The website cannot calculate your additional 5% institutional discount; however, your final total will be lower than the total displayed online.
Purchase orders must be generated on official institutional forms or stationery, including a purchase order number (if used by the institution), billing address and shipping address (if applicable), and an authorizing signature. We will invoice the organization for each shipment, with payment due for each invoice after 30 days.
We cannot accept personal checks in payment for institutional purchase orders. The institution designated in the billing address must make payment on the invoice in order for the purchase order discount to remain valid.

Sales Tax
According to the Tax Freedom Act of 1998, local sales tax has to be assessed to your on-line purchase if the T.I.S. Group owns property in your state. If you have specific questions about the sales tax applied to your order, please call us.
